Collaboration with Other Clubs

Our goal is collaboration, not competition between clubs.

Although First State Wave is an independent organization, we believe the future of water polo in Delaware and the surrounding Northeast region depends on clubs working together.

We recognize that each club has its own mission, leadership, strengths, and role in growing the sport. By working together, we can strengthen existing programs, expand opportunities for athletes, and create a stronger water polo community.

Collaboration may include:

• Shared scrimmages and training opportunities.

• Joint camps and clinics.

• Tournament and competition opportunities.

• Facility and pool-time partnerships.

• Fundraising and sponsorship initiatives.

• Community outreach and introductory water polo opportunities.

• Supporting athletes who want to pursue higher levels of competition.
