Competition

First State Wave is being established to provide a distinct competitive team experience.

Our athletes will have opportunities to develop their skills and pursue competition beyond regular practices.

Depending on team readiness, age groups, registration, and available resources, competition may include:

• Local and regional tournaments.

• USA Water Polo-sanctioned events.

• USA Water Polo Junior Olympics (invitation only).

• American Water Polo Main Line League.

• Other competitive events and championship opportunities.

Tournament participation will depend on athlete eligibility, team readiness, registration deadlines, coaching availability, and financial considerations.

Additional expenses for travel, lodging, and tournament participation will be communicated before each event.

Whenever possible, First State Wave will help to subsidize team registration and coaching support costs.
